Bob Poole, President
Bob is a retired MD, who practiced urology for 26 years. During that time he served on The Corvallis Clinic Board as a board member and president. Bob’s nonprofit experience encompasses a broad range of professional and community organizations as a board member and President.
James Coakley, Vice President
Jim is Associate Dean of the OSU College of Business and OSU Professor of Accounting and Information Systems. He is enthusiastic about applied education and advancing fiduciary skills and responsibilities in Oregon’s nonprofit organizations
Mavis Tuten, Secretary
Mavis is employed by Samaritan Health Services as the Risk Manager of Albany General Hospital. She is a long term volunteer for FSR and is active in the community. She holds an interdisciplinary masters degree from Oregon State University.
Anne White, Treasurer
Anne is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She has extensive accounting experience with nonprofit organizations and has served on numerous nonprofit Boards of Directors in various officer roles.
Flaxen Conway, M.S.
As an OSU faculty member, Flaxen provides applied education for nonprofits, communities and families in coastal areas and beyond that are affected by changes in natural resource policy and managerial decisions. Her professional expertise includes community engagement, group decision processes, evaluative research methodology, strategic planning and conflict resolution processes.
Mike Corwin, B.A.
Mike has served as Assistant Vice President for Business Development and Public Relations at the OSU Federal Credit Union since 2004. He previously was Associate Director of Athletics and community liaison for the OSU Athletic Department for 23 years. Through these marketing roles he has been closely involved with nonprofits for over 30 years.
Grady Goodall, JD
Grady is dedicated to using his legal training and experience to serve the nonprofit sector. His law practice was focused on charitable giving, estate planning, governance and intellectual property issues for small organizations. He is currently a major gift fundraiser for the College of Business at Oregon State University.
Ketty Herb-Kalberer, MBA
Ketty served on the staff of two nonprofit organizations. She also has been Director of Marketing for a professional association and served in a financial analysis position for a major corporation. More recently Ketty founded her own business that provides bookkeeping and financial management services for nonprofits.
Jennifer Nash, JD
Jennifer is an attorney and Pro Tem Circuit Court Judge. She has a great deal of nonprofit experience. She currently serves as the Administrator of the Benton County Legal Defense Corporation, an Oregon nonprofit and has previously served as a board officer of Friends of Drug Treatment Courts and Mentoring Works!
Susan Poole, BS
Susan is retired from Oregon State University where she served most recently in the role of Student Health Service Relations. She is an active volunteer whose efforts have benefited many nonprofit organizations. Susan has served in various leadership roles and has been recognized for her contributions to enhance nonprofits.
Dennis Schultz, M.S.
Dennis has used his graduate training in information technology to assist Oregon K-12 public schools to use distance learning to enhance student curriculum and classroom teacher skills. He is now coordinator of student services for Linn- Benton-Lincoln Educational Service District (ESD) and has served on various community nonprofit boards.
Dick Thompson, MBA
Dick has served as a board member and officer for a wide variety of community nonprofit organizations during the last 30 years. He is presently Executive Director of the Benton County Foundation. He brings insight on the link between the executive director and nonprofit board’s role in providing organizational leadership.
